Career change to artificial intelligence
An intensive 3-month program to access the most sought-after positions in the sector.
Artificial intelligence has become a major transformation challenge for organisations. Adoption is progressing rapidly: in France, 18% of companies with 10 or more employees used at least one AI technology in 2025, up from 6% in 2023. This shift brings new skills requirements, from technical design to project management. Training today means seizing the opportunities offered by the new AI professions.

Training to step into a job
In France, several support schemes make it easier to access training and get back into work. Discover two of them: the POEI and the POEC.
To find out more, read our article: Funding your career change in 2026
POEI — Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Individuelle
Training for an identified hire
A company wants to hire a candidate who lacks certain skills. The POEI lets that candidate train before starting the job, as part of a hiring project approved with France Travail.
POEC — Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Collective
Collective training towards employment
A professional sector or its OPCO identifies hiring needs. The POEC lets several jobseekers develop the skills in demand, as part of a collective programme organised with the partners involved.
