They gather needs, build the indicators and dashboards that inform decisions, then organise the governance that keeps data reliable over time: roles and responsibilities, quality, catalogue, glossary, lineage, reference data, lifecycle and compliance. A profile sought by organisations that want to be data-driven without losing control of their data estate.

Learning objectives & target skills

• Gather and formalise business teams' Data needs, and translate them into use cases, user stories and KPIs.
• Analyse data and present results with Power BI: semantic model, DAX, dashboards and data storytelling.
• Design data governance: policies, standards, target operating model (TOM), roles and RACI.
• Manage data quality, the data catalogue, business glossary, lineage and reference data (MDM / RDM).
• Master the data lifecycle, GDPR compliance, data security and resilience.
• Progressively build the governance and management framework of the ORVEA Group, a running case based on a retailer with deliberately imperfect data.
• Prepare to validate block BC04 of RNCP40875 and for the Microsoft DP-900 and DAMA CDMP Associate certifications.

Programme - 57 days / ~3 months

A continuous, progressive path designed to take you from technical foundations through to a complete professional project presented before a panel. Each block builds on the previous one; the day-by-day detail of every module (objectives, content, assessment) is provided when the programme begins.
